Customers wishing to return merchandise for a refund or credit must do so within 30 days from the date of shipment. Returns must be shipped prepaid. Merchandise returned must be in original condition and be accompanied by all original packaging. Items valued over $900 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Be sure to insure the return package. No returns on books or plans. Midwest Laser Products warrants all merchandise against defects in material and workmanship. Warranty periods vary from item to item. A hyphenated number following the item number denotes the number of months in the warranty period. (e.g. Item # HNM2-12 has a 12 month warranty.) If the item number does not show a warranty period, and the warranty period is not mentioned in the product description, it is assumed to be 60 days. The output current of these supplies is typically 3 - 12 milliamps, which can be lethal.
